Parking with context
Not just dots on a map. WTT is being designed to show what kind of stop it is, what it offers, and whether it makes sense for the route.
Welcome to CSP Design
CSP Design is the parent home for practical software projects designed around clarity, trust and real-world use. The first major project is What The Truck: an HGV parking, fuel and journey-planning platform being built for drivers in the UK.
Flagship project
WTT is being built to reduce stress for HGV drivers by making parking, fuel and sensible stop planning clearer, more practical and more driver-focused.
HGV-first thinking
Designed around the decisions drivers actually need to make on the road.
Maintained location data
Built around verification, review and improvement rather than forgotten pins.
Privacy-conscious planning
Journey context should help the user, not become unnecessary tracking.
What The Truck
WTT started from a simple observation: finding somewhere suitable to stop an HGV should not involve guesswork, scattered information and hoping for the best after a long shift.
Not just dots on a map. WTT is being designed to show what kind of stop it is, what it offers, and whether it makes sense for the route.
Parking decisions often depend on fuel, food, toilets, payment options and access. WTT is built to bring useful stop information together.
A stop is only useful if it makes sense for the way you are travelling. WTT is being shaped around real journey planning, not abstract mapping.
How we build
CSP Design projects are built around practical value. That means being clear about what a product can do, careful about what data it uses, and focused on making everyday tasks less frustrating.
Where location or personal data is useful, it should serve the user clearly. We do not want products that quietly collect more than they need.
A good tool should reduce effort, not add another layer of confusion. Design should guide people through real decisions.
The first version is only the start. Good software should be maintained, refined and shaped by genuine use.
Future projects
CSP Design exists to give practical ideas somewhere to grow. Future projects may support language learning, workflow planning, media tools, or other focused utilities — but the principle stays the same: build things that solve a real problem for real users.
Projects that make practice more personal, structured and sustainable.
Software that helps people organise tasks, resources and decisions with less friction.
Small, focused products that speed up creative or technical work without getting in the way.
